Steve Koelling

Keyboard, Vocals, Album Architect

Steve’s musical inspirations range from such classical greats as Wagner, Beethoven and Rachmaninoff, to Kansas, Rush, Marillion, and Dream Theater, to the jazz fusion style of Return to Forever, to modern bands such as Stabbing Westward and Sevendust. “Really, I am open to anything that appeals to my ears, but I prefer originality and creativity”, says Koelling.

As far as the future of Esucarys, Steve feels that there’s no stopping the band from pursuing their dream of sharing their musical ideas with the rest of the world. “We’ve already been through so much and survived some of the hardest times, I just can’t ever see Steve and I not writing together or playing our music for our family, friends, and fans”. That alone is probably the biggest reason that Steve continues to write and come up with ideas for, not only the band’s second album, but their third and fourth as well.

Steve Sorrell

Vocals, Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar, Album Architect

Steve finds inspiration in the recordings of his favorite artists, "Whether I'm listening to Dream Theater, Static-X, MuDvAyNe, or Cradle of Filth, I get excited and it rejuvenates me. To listen to others who are passionate about music gives me the fuel I sometimes need. I try not to borrow from them, I just use their energy".Esucarys gives Steve the artistic challenge that he desires, and the group of musicians are constantly pushing him to take it to the next level.

"This is the best musical experience of my life, I'm looking forward to many more years of growth and great music with these guys. We have an exciting road ahead and I can't wait to see where it takes us".
